I have created this handbook as a means of sharing some of the ideas and methods that have helped me. It is my hope
that, through reading this book, teachers will gain a greater awareness of the importance of working on personal transformation
as they work with the children. I also hope that the ideas shared will make a difference in the way teachers are educated.
